We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a ServSafe® Certification to lead our delivery-only vegetarian pizza kitchen. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, overseeing the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a passion for vegetarian cuisine and be knowledgeable about different vegetarian ingredients and flavor profiles.



  • Create and execute a menu for a delivery-only vegetarian pizza kitchen that includes pastas, salads, sides, and desserts

  • Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers

  • Ensure that food preparation and presentation meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene

  • Monitor and manage inventory and food cost to meet budget goals

  • Work with the restaurant manager to develop promotional and seasonal menus to keep customers engaged

  • Stay up-to-date with vegetarian food trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques

  • Ensure kitchen staff adheres to food safety standards and practices

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety guidelines

  • Oversee food orders and deliveries, ensuring all orders are accurate and timely

  • Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food



  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef with a ServSafe® Certification

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud kitchen systems and vegetarian cuisine and ingredients

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff

  • Familiarity with inventory management and food cost controls

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for vegetarian cuisine

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings



A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered (2+ Years).



$60,000 to $75,000 annual salary (negotiable and based on experience)
